Everyone hates developers, but I like living in a house and shopping in stores. Is something wrong with me?

There is such a bias in the world against developers, yet nearly everyone I know lives in a house or some other built environment. If you really don't like developers, and you want to be consistent and exhibit moral rectitude, live in a cave, I say. No electricity, that's cheating!
